End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY. THE EULA
IS BETWEEN YOU ("You" or "Your") and Professional Systems Industries (PSI) AND ALL AFFILIATES
("We" or 'Us" or "Our"). BY READING THIS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE
TERMS OF THE EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW,
YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY RETURN TO PAGE FROM WHENCE YOU CAME AND LEAVE THE WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY.

License and Restrictions

We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, non-transferable license to read
this page, solely for Your personnal, non-commercial use in accordance with instructions and
docuentation set forth in this EULA. Unless expressly otherwise set forth in this EULA, You may
not:
(a) modify, translate or create deritive works of the Application;

(b) decompile, reverse engineer, or reverse assemble any portion of the Application or attempt
to discover any source or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Application;

(c) sell, assign, sublicense,rent lease, provide, distribute or otherwise transfer all
or any portion of the Application;

(d) make, or have made, reproduce, or copy the Application;

(e) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright, or other proprietary notices associated
with the Application, or make available the Application without reproducing all proprietry notices:

(f) cause or permit any other party to do any of the foregoing, or

(g) engage in any conduct that, directly or indirectly, violates the terms of this EULA or has
a harmful impact on the Application.

Vulnerability Disclosure Program
Your safety, privacy, and security of our data is very important to us. We welcome the reporting
of security vulnerabilities in our service and encourage researchers to reach out to us when they
find issues.

To assist that greater good, we encourage security researchers, ethical hackers and our users to
report security flaws that they may discover through our Security Vulnerability Responsible
Disclosure Policy. If you follow this Policy in good faith, we will not initiate or support
legal action against you.

This document describes what to report and how to do it in a way that protects us and the reporting
individual from negative consequences.

The public disclosure of security flaws on this site puts other users at risk. Therefore we ask that
you give us a reasonable timeframe in which to mitigate or remediate the problem before releasing
any details to the security community or the public at large. This timeframe may vary according
to the complexity of the issue however it will usually not exceed 30 days.
